@vinodchendhil + Retail store doesn't have SOP, all these customer complains we see online are due to over accommodation and poor optimisation coz lot of people are involved in this process, this is same as QSRs failing as they scale due to poor SOP adoption(not implementation)
@vinodchendhil And With larger brands there's more than margins that comes into picture, then there's searches & conversion, with all this parameters, if I have 10 shelf space, I wud rather keep one that gives me ROI and solves customer conveniene, there's always tail to exist, tail is for CX.
@vinodchendhil For smaller brands treat is a channel for distribution and awareness creation, then u scale better than category and gain shares, but most of the work is still done of the channel and on the product.
@vinodchendhil QCOM is built to solve convience, when u solve convience u solve it for the pareto, and when u r solving in lmtd infra Pareto alwys wins, there's little space for smll brands, or these small have to scale to be part of Pareto or use case, else u grow coz of platform and category
@thecodemarathon@WhatsApp@kunalb11 Their office is somewhere in Domlur, even I was being spammed, looking at the proximity it seemed like someone's captured and sold the data to them locally.
@isawsukul Wait until u realise every new restaurant is just the same old cloud kitchen brand with a new identity every quarter or so, to erase their bad ratings
@chandrarsrikant@hrprya@sangha_kar These brands/ their investors end up thinking they are doing better, but its only because of lack of options and/or high visibility by duplicating the brand while suppressing others. Cloud kitchen based resto brands have been a bane than a boon. Very poor PMF, with low retentions
@decentbhatia01 Similar case with one of my friends, when she wanted to file FIR, She was asked to get the print out of the morphed pictures as an attachment, she had to go through the torture to get it printed at the nearby shops.
