🇺🇸🇨🇺‼️ | ÚLTIMA HORA — La Congresista María Elvira Salazar confrontó al Departamento de Comercio tras revelarse que, bajo licencias federales, se han exportado Ferraris, Rolls Royce, Maseratis, jacuzzis y jet skis a Cuba mientras el pueblo sufre apagones, hambre y represión.

Salazar recordó que junto a Mario Díaz-Balart y Carlos Giménez envió una carta formal exigiendo una revisión total de todas las licencias de exportación a la isla, luego de que el recaudador de impuestos de Miami, Dariel Fernández, destapara que OFAC y el BIS han autorizado estos envíos bajo supuestas categorías “humanitarias”.

“Humanitario es comida y medicina, no Ferraris ni carritos de golf”, sentenció.

Ante la presión directa, el funcionario admitió que no estaba personalmente al tanto de que se estuvieran autorizando estos artículos de lujo. Salazar fue más allá y exigió un compromiso público para investigar y revocar cualquier licencia que no sea estrictamente humanitaria.

“La política del Presidente Trump es clara: ayuda humanitaria al pueblo cubano, no lujos para la dictadura”, afirmó.

El representante del Departamento se comprometió a trasladar la denuncia y reconoció que la autoridad correspondiente sí tiene la facultad de revocar licencias existentes.

El mensaje quedó claro:

Estados Unidos no puede convertirse en proveedor de Maseratis para el régimen mientras el pueblo cubano vive en la oscuridad.
