Today is Pancreatic Cancer awareness day. I was diagnosed on 16 Feb after unexplained weight loss for just 10 days. Since then, chemo, radiotherapy and numerous scans - trying to shrink the tumour so the surgeon can operate. Please know and share the symptoms:
