@denvercoder In the trades, everyone says how good they pay. You have to 1) get in a good union, or 2) start your own business. Just like any job, people will underpay you if you let them.

@ronsterd89 Its been a long time since I've eating at such an establishment, but the unwritten rule was that you through your own trash away. The employees are in charge of wiping the table clean, but not full busboy service. That's fine dining.

@ziggy3317 @theficouple One air conditioner could be twice that. A roof 4x that. Fride or water heater is 6 months of that. Pretty easy to spend 5K keeping a house running.
