@TheCinesthetic It was. The original movie adaptation of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is the 2009 Swedish-Danish film, directed by Niels Arden Oplev and starring Noomi Rapace as Lisbeth Salander and Michael Nyqvist as Mikael Blomkvist. All three books were done. And it was fantastic.
