So far, content was "paid" by visitors. The whole system will change dramatically and I'm very curious in what direction.

More and more, I'm leaning towards Anglo-Saxon CVs without age details. They emphasize achievements. Not surprisingly, the US version highlights performance while the Swiss focus on education and age.

Successful recruiting is a) experience, but more importantly, b) personality and c) cultural fit.
Sadly enough, this is inversely proportional to the difficulty in assessing.
@renegade_net Ersetze Rockstar durch A-Player o.ä. Sehr gute Teammitglieder auswählen bedeutet auch, solche mit Starallüren zu erkennen und diese auszusondern.
