Having a difficult time getting merchant support from both @UberEats and @DoorDash. Why is it so hard to get someone on the phone to help with an account when I am trying to do more business with both companies? @DoorDash_Help

On the phone with @AnthemBCBS for over an hour. Spoke with 4 different people. No one can tell me where I can go and get my prescription filled. They finally realize they don’t have whatever they need to help me so they just hung up on me. Now headed out of town with my meds.
