👉 Once we opened it up, the issue was clear:
•No effective door pan system
•Water trapped with no way to exit
•Deteriorated flashing + compromised substrate

Our solution (done right the first time):
•Removed existing slider and surrounding brickwork
•Installed custom stainless steel door pan with end dams
•Integrated through-wall flashing + GCP Perm-A-Barrier system
•Rebuilt the assembly to ensure proper drainage and long-term performance
