@TGIFridays disappointed to have our booking at Newprt Road, Cardiff cancelled last minute and no efforts made by staff to rearrange! Luckily able to book Bills instead as much more helpful

Really dissappointed in @Carpetright Bridgend. Fitting cancelled for 10th Aug with a days notice and again today for tomorrow with no definite date of when it will be done.

Picked carpet up this evening and have an independent fitter coming tomorrow!!!!

@Eurostar my wife and two young daughters have arrived in St Pancreas 3hrs late from Eurodisney with the promise of being put up in a hotel as they have missed the last train home.

But theres no one at the Eurostar desk to talk too?
