Having just joined the Male 40-44 Age Group I thought it would be nice to look back at my 30s (and becoming a runner).

I’m not sure what will happen in my 40s. Maybe I’ll reset all of these PRs. Maybe I’ll start a band. Maybe I’ll retire.
