@myelingames@thetweeteregg@Aztecross Both things can actually be true; they aren't mutually exclusive things as you're trying to push, the person could genuinely not care about marathon as a game, but despise the fact that it is the sole reason for the cancellation of future Destiny content and wanting it to fail.
@myelingames@Aztecross So, in summary, you're throwing your toys out of the pram, removing the vast majority of any reason someone would even know to care about you as a creator, all the while doing the same thing you criticised Bungie for (vaulting content), nice hypocritical move right there.
@EuropeHitsdiff to answer your question at the ~5:10 mark of your video regarding the world cup, it's pure corruption from FIFA, they spread the locations out across all of north america so that for the next location, it could only default to one place, the middle east >
how corrupt do you want to be, indicates 3 minutes of added time, playing 9 fucking minutes and mnazroui falls over and somehow gets a free kick, i don't understand it.
@StevenMcManaman the reason the marqhinos decision wasn't given is because of the brown envelopes being dispatched, it happened two years ago, it's happening again tonight, can't go against the sheikh.
@JakeParkerLIVE the main reason they 'unsunset' both dreaming city and shadowkeep gear/weapons was not out of altruism, but because they were wide open to a lawsuit for fraud as they were selling those DLC for full price, while the content inside was functionally useless.
@JakeParkerLIVE and just to be clear, because you being american may be ignorant of this fact, much of what bungie has done with regards to vaulted content is considered fraud in many places around the world, and therefore illegal, as they haven't replaced that content with equal value content.
And to what extent would I be within my rights to drag this out for as long as I deem it worthwhile to do so in order to get the message across? If you could give guidance on this issue, i would be very, very grateful, thanks in advance.
@Keir_Starmer, greetings, Mr Prime Minister, i was wondering if you could provide some clarity for me, i was wondering what the maximum allowable punitive damages are when looking to challenge the government. The reason I ask is as follows: >
Suppose I place a digital watermark on ALL of my personally identifiable information, and a single instance of that information is sold to advertisers, thanks to your utterly ridiculous 'online safety act', I'm curious as to what the courts see as maximums for such a suit. >
And hence why the deserved downfall of jason hall, aka piratesoftware, is so warranted, and so worthy of championing, because he nearly caused the initiative to fail as a result of his ego and hubris. Apologies for this long post, I doubt you will read it, but if you do, thanks.
@sircalebhammer just got finished watching your reaction video of the piratesoftware downfall, and something you kept getting hung up on was the whole 'regulation as a last resort' mindset.
The market is so fucked beyond repair, and it NEEDS regulation; that's where it's at.
That's the current state of the gaming industry, where the industry standard is to rugpull after selling a game and because there's currently no legal recourse for consumers, there's nothing that we as paying customers can do about it, hence why this initiative is so important.
