“mixed findings of increased and decreased enhancement while overall tumor volume has decreased. No elevated perfusion suggesting findings are treatment related.”

@BTSMchat T4:
I’m not sure what would have helped. Thinking about the end continues to be difficult.
I know I’m not done contributing my talents and energy to this world.
I don’t know what twists and turns lie ahead but I do know I have a lot left to give before my time is up.#BTSM
I’ve had this exact dream going back years.
It still pops up every once in a while, even after a #stroke that you might expect would’ve shuffled the dream deck 🤷♂️
This is one example of how I knew/know that I’m “still myself” after a #braininjury#BTSM#strokesurvivor#SameYou
I slipped and nearly cracked my head out there today. I’m not willing to jeopardize my health and safety to get a ride home.
Allow drivers to make pickups curbside again.

Hey @BozemanAirport your new rideshare pickup zone is not accessible for people with #disabilities 😡
A disabled person should not have to struggle with baggage along your DANGEROUS ICY SIDEWALKS down to the new pickup area.
@TheLizArmy@clairehsnyman@BTSMchat What started as a simple spreadsheet project with my speech therapist has blossomed into a log with 30,0000 rows that chronicles my experience over the last 18 months or so now.
#BTSM.
@TheLizArmy@clairehsnyman@BTSMchat Absolutely. I’ve harnessed my training as a scientist to digest the literature and inform my ecision making as much as possible. I keep a detailed diary/log of symptoms that has proven very useful for communicating with doctors, tracking changes and checking in with myself

@BTSMchat T3. This is hard. My experience changes every day. Still barely scratching the surface of processing the trauma. It’s hard to give consistent advice or set boundaries when they may not be appropriate for the place I’m in tomorrow

@BTSMchat T2. I’ve learned a lot based on what is helpful (or not) to me.
Like LISTENING.
SIT STILL AND HOLD SPACE. I cannot keep up with the pace of too much activity around me. It stresses me out. SLOW DOWN and figure out an appropriate style/pace of interaction.
