The tick injects a sugar called alpha-gal into your bloodstream. Your immune system tags it as a threat and starts making IgE antibodies. The same alpha-gal sugar sits in beef, pork, lamb, venison, and rabbit. Every meal from a mammal becomes a delayed reaction three to five hours later.

Fish is safe. Chicken is safe. Turkey is safe. Alpha-gal is found in nonprimate mammals only. Old World primates lost the gene that makes it about 28 million years ago. Between 2010 and 2022 the CDC logged over 110,000 lab-confirmed cases. The actual number sits closer to 450,000 because alpha-gal syndrome isn't nationally reportable and most physicians outside the Southeast don't recognize it. A 2025 analysis of 114 million patient records showed mammalian meat allergy diagnoses rose 5,500% from 2015-2020 to 2021-2025.

Climate change pushed Lone Star ticks north of their Southeast range. White-tailed deer populations recovering from near-extinction and second-growth forests fueled it. Suffolk County, Long Island is now a hotspot. Martha's Vineyard hit establishment by 2014. Forestry workers in heavy-tick regions test 20-30% positive for alpha-gal IgE.

In summer 2024 a 47-year-old man in New Jersey died after what his wife later remembered as 12 itchy ankle bites. He had assumed they were chiggers. The autopsy went unsolved for months until allergist Thomas Platts-Mills identified it as the first confirmed AGS fatality on record. There are almost certainly more. The trigger food gets eaten three hours before the cardiac event, so nobody connects the steak at dinner to the call to 911 at midnight.

Democrats have spent twenty years arguing that requiring ID to vote is racist, oppressive, and targets minorities who supposedly can't obtain one. Katie Britt just took that argument apart on the Senate floor — piece by piece.

Alabama already does this. And if someone genuinely can't get to the ID office, Alabama goes to them. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂. The barrier Democrats claim is insurmountable has already been solved — by the state they love to mock.

In Oregon the state does all of the above but also mails duplicate ballots to every college dorm address. Students receive a ballot at home and one at school.

Then, the SEIU (largest gov employee union in Oregon) runs ballot drives at every university to collect around 125k-180k extra ballots from students every election year.

This annual activity has been proven and recognized by Oregon courts but deemed perfectly legal according to Oregon statutes.

In 2021, My late friend and mentor David Darnell (founder of Restore Oregon Now, Chief Petitioner of the Kate Brown Recall), told me something that has stuck with me to this day.

2) They have conspired with deep state operatives within ODOT (Oregon Dept. Transportation) and the UPTD to concoct false narratives to a third party (private) government contractor called RLS and convinced them to print abject lies that attempt to transform the VERY public record of my great work as CEO.

3) Some of those officially documented lies charge me with criminal conduct and call for my criminal prosecution.

4) The UPTD has repeatedly breached the settlement agreement executed between myself and the CURRENT board chair. And the UPTD is currently willfully in BREACH of contract.

5) This information was furnished in an RLS audit report and provided to the media earlier today BEFORE being provided by all Board Members at UPTD.

You will hear claims that tarnish my reputation, make me look like a criminal, and you will see false evidence to support the claims.

I will prove my innocence, sue the UPTD, ODOT, and RLS as well as every individual who has participated in this egregious scandal that includes VERY provable acts of falsification of documents, destruction of records, illegal retaliation, coercion, and racketeering.

The same is true for life in general. It is totally inaccurate to say, as a blanket statement that life in Israel is more expensive.

Sure, cars are more expensive in Israel but education is much cheaper.

Sure, gas is more, but healthcare is much cheaper.

You absolutely do not need to be rich to move to Israel. It’s one of the biggest misconceptions people have.

Again, false.

Sure, knowing Hebrew helps socially, but I have countless friends who don’t speak a word of Hebrew and live a fantastic life here. You can absolutely learn “On the job”, but you can get along just fine here without Hebrew.

Depending what you do, but with few exceptions, if you are good at what you do and are willing to work hard including networking, you can absolutely make as much here as you do there.

Sure, if you’re making minimum wage, then yes, you’ll make more there than here.

The same is true for doctors and lawyers, but not the case at all if you do sales, marketing, engineering, and so much more.

That’s right, we do. So how about come home and help solve those problems from within instead of standing on the sidelines and complaining about them?

If you think you’re too religious to listen to God and go to Israel, well, you are very confused what it means to be a religious Jew.

I’ll remind you that the Ramban says that all your Judaism outside of Israel is simply practice for when you do come home.

And it’s not just the ramban. I’ll remind you that Rav Kaniefzky, who wasn’t exactly the biggest Zionist said that a street cleaner in Israel is more righteous than a chief rabbi outside of Israel.

But if the Ramban and Rav Kaniefzky aren’t enough for you, I’ll remind you what the Gemara says in Ketubot. A Jew should live in Israel among gentiles rather than live outside of Israel in a city full of Jews. Because a Jew who lives in Israel is a person with a God and a Jew that lives outside of Israel is a Jew worshipping idols.

My grandmother came here in her late 70s and lived happily ever after. And that was when living in Israel was a LOT harder than it is now. I know countless people who came here at a very advanced age and built an amazing life here.

If you still think you’re safe or comfortable there, well, take your head out of the sand.

No, no you don’t.

How did that go for them?

Israel will eventually break up with America and become independent. It’s not a question of if, but when.

You don’t need to stay there. You need to come home. If you think you stand a chance there when the next president is elected, you’re kidding yourself. It ain’t getting better for Jews and no lobbying will change that.

Again, see a history book.

Listen, I can go on and on. I’ve heard all the excuses why Jews don’t want to come home.

But that’s the thing. They are excuses. If someone doesn’t want to leave or can’t leave now, that’s fine but at least have a plan. We know where this is headed.

To think you’re going to stay put and have a future there is crazy talk.

If you don’t want to leave because it’s too hard, I get it, but please be honest with yourself. Your excuses are exactly that. They are there to justify your position to not come home.

Again, no judgement here, but just ask yourself if those are the real reasons you don’t want to come to Israel or you don’t want to come to Israel and those are your justifications.

The bottom line is this.

Israel is a spectacular country. It is the closest thing to paradise. You don’t have to believe me. Ask anyone who lives here or who visited recently. Yes, despite all the challenges, Israel is a miraculous country.

You shouldn’t come here because you’re running away. You should come here because this is where your future is.

If you have concerns, that is totally fine, but please do your research before reaching conclusions about living in Israel.

Ask questions, speak to experts, and please don’t assume that you know what you’re talking about based on the impression you got from visiting Israel 30 years ago or from your neighbor who has never even been here and is basing his opinion of what some other random person told him.

Do research. Come visit. Experience this incredible place for yourself! You’ll see what I mean.
