@akaba_ren@SubparSammich It’s a public forum filled with misinformation. Of course there is a “nuh uh” often…
Blaming the fundamental economic system for the failure of a corporation is silly on its face.
@RedBeardFlynn@Mykill_Gaming Bioware used to make better games.
Having “woke” be present isn’t the same as having it be shoved down your throat.
Those 3 minutes seem to have had a massive impact on perception.
That matters whether you like it or not.
@RedBeardFlynn Private equity killed Bioware because they made multiple bad games that didn't sell
The reason why they didn't sell is what should be discussed, not blaming basic business
If Veilguard had the success of Crimson Desert or Baldurs Gate 3, they wouldn't have shut down the studio
@HeyItsTippyXO They want good games. If making bad games gets a company shutdown, isn’t that how it’s supposed to work?
I liked Mass Effect Andromeda..it was ok. How long ago did that come out?
After that…Anthem? Veilguard? What else? Those games failed to sell well.
That’s it.
@CrReaM I’m not, but if enough people are applauding it…that is part of the problem, in that Bioware needed to sell more.
Not respecting your audience and not making content they want is the problem.
They are being shutdown because they haven’t made a good game in a long time.
Today I turn 88…I’ve seen some serious shit. The most serious of it all is love. I love my family, my friends, and my wonderful fans. The power of love remains.
@_Leonorb Why didn’t it sell well?
Your comparison doesn’t work, btw.
The presence of a thing isn’t the same as having to be lectured about it repeatedly in dialogue…
I think that probably had some impact…
It went from quiet to BOOM. The rain from today's storm didn't gradually start, it was very intense from the arrival, loaded with power, lightning and thunder in the first few minutes over Santa Barbara. If you haven't seen the rain yet, that is your preview.
Richard Riehle has sadly passed away😔🙏
The face that turned up in Office Space, The Fugitive, Casino, and Grounded for Life and looked like he had always been there. Character actors do not get the poster.
They get the scene that would have been empty without them. He filled it every time.
Gone. I still spot him the second he enters the frame. The moustache is the giveaway. The rest is just good work.
