Every single time I notice a female writer during title credits for any modern show I have an ‘oh shit’ moment.

Then, they procede to confirm my suspicions by writing the most basic cringe trite dialogue / scenes possible.

Note that I don’t have a problem with women writing stories. I quite literally glazed Sofia Foppola’s Lost in Translation just yesterday.

I just hate incompetence.
