@JessJackdaw Hey Jess! Meeting you was super cool, definitely a highlight of the trip! I treasure your gifts, and I'll never forget how happy you were when I gave you that drawing, smeared as it was XD
I hope you have a great holiday season :)
Thank you so much!
Hello #pstpln community! In honor of #FF I am recommending some people I think you should follow. @ElizabethConna7, @jsalmonowicz1, @gracekobrien, @haileedobbins33, and @grntmqn are all wonderful people who I met when I started taking Computers and Instructional Tech.
@jsalmonowicz1 I agree that Rafe Esquith's book is pretty great. I remember reading it for Foundations of Education, and found that reading it was like being in a conversation with the author.
The other day, I asked the #pstpln community for advice on maintaining discipline in the classroom. I got my answer in the form of this article: https://t.co/zn8shMrrqh

Hey #pstpln community! I wanted to ask if anyone knows how to maintain a professional atmosphere in the classroom. I plan on teaching high school students, and I'm usually very lighthearted and easy going. Is there anything I can do to help my students take me seriously?
@edtechgirl Hi, I'm Anna Rohal, and I can't say I've ever heard of OER before, but I'd love to learn more about it! I'm still a student in college, so I'd like to learn all I can before beginning my teaching career.
Today I learned about a website called Thinglink. You can take an image and add tabs that the students can click to see facts, videos, articles, and more. I hope to use this to teach students about biology using different mediums that they can access from one source.
Hello everyone in the #PSTPLN community! My name is Anna Rohal, and I'm an Education AYA Biology Major. Throughout this challenge, I hope to gain a better understanding of social medias and technology as a whole to expand my area of knowledge.
@benjaminjtimon1 @jcdempsey3 That's really cool! I've always wanted to 3D print something, but only the engineering students in my school can use them. Even so, I'd never think of printing out a replica of a human heart. Always keep learning, and good luck.
