Absolutely pathetic experience. I raised a service disruption request yesterday and the engineer visit was scheduled a day after but still the engineer didn't visit even after multiple calls to JioFiber care and the reason is not known. @JioCare take action

@SwiggyCares A dead cockroach in my food is a serious food safety issue, and ₹54 as compensation is completely unreasonable. This is not about just a refund; it’s about public health and hygiene.
I expect:
1.A full refund for my order.
2.Additional compensation for the health risk.
