@AmazonHelp Next thing I know my order was cancelled without my consent. For the world's most customer centric organisation, I received possibly the worst service. Truly appalling as I expected so much better. They the £10 was like a slap on my face, totally ridiculous and shambolic.

@amazon screwed up a delivery big time. I have been a Prime customer for 12 years. @amazon offered me £10 compensation on a £475 purchase! That's less that a £1 for each year of me being loyal to @amazon.

@AmazonHelp Was promised a call back which never happened. It was a nightmare all round. We were hoping the TV didn't arrive late at night as our your kids were in bed and the wall mounting service which we paid for would wake them up. Discussed compensation with the Amazon CS team.

@AmazonHelp I ordered a TV from Amazon, my wife and I waited from 7am-7pm and took it in turns to stay at home for the TV to arrive. Gone past 8pm, so sign of the TV and zero updates from Amazon. Called up your customer service just past 8pm for the first time and a few times after.
