@sureshr81846624@SatishSomanker@SimpleAditya_9 It’s a landslide that caused the slab to crash down and it’s very common on this route whether it’s the old Mum-Pune highway, expressway or the missing link patch.
@UzmaShahw1 This isn’t the same country who Pakistan falsely claim to have shot down Rafale, however this is the same country which was once part of Pakistan but got separated because of the atrocities Pak army did on their people. BTW both countries are doing miles better than Pak.
@sureshr81846624@SatishSomanker@SimpleAditya_9 The Mumbai- Pune expressway was built by ShivSena-BJP alliance govt in 5 years open to public from 2002. The dream of Bal Thackeray and championed by Nitin Gadkari.
There have been many landslides on this route as rainfall is very heavy and the area is hilly.
@nimishdubey I think Azhar wanted to sunset the age ING cricketers. India’s stay in Aus in 1992 was too long with practice matches, 5 Test, Tri series and then 9 match World Cup. It took a toll on most players.
@bhaumikgowande 30 years yes. But actual work started in 2021. Parallel planning and execution of supporting infra was done in similar period and many of those projects are progressive.
@NorthStandGang There is definitely no rotation policy as if would have distributed equally.
@MumbaiCricAssoc should question @BCCI . Like to see some effort made by Ajinkya Naik on this. I Don’t care if Mumbai doesn’t host any bilateral ODI/T20 but it can’t be hosting just 2 tests in 10 years.
@karhacter Rubbish rotation policy. Kolkata has not hosted Australia since the epic 2001, Mumbai since 2004. Players dream of playing on traditional venues where history was written and an entire generation of players from Steve Smith, Starc, Lyon will never play on these venues.
@CricketopiaCom Yep, a long tough tour with poor results.
But in WC two close game vs Aus n Eng lost and an easier game vs the then minnows SL washed out at Mackay. Things could have been different. See Pak with that one rain point vs Eng after being 74 all out and rain helped them sail thru.
@frank_morrish If India produced a turner and won, still Poms and Paki media would have been crying.
Had Nz batted first India with the bowling attack would have restricted NZ to 180-200 and chased it.
@banglani It’s a massive stadium. What you chant in one stand is almost unheard in the other, unlike The W or Chinnaswamy and the crowd at Motera is more than 50% from Mumbai or other cities. But as a fan you feel more connected at W and Chinnaswamy.

@nibraz88cricket No, we are purely focusing on tomorrow. We can’t be worrying about a minnow team like Pak who we have already defeated 4 times in last one year coming into SFs because of a bonus rain point. Anyways their ordinary bowling showed up again. SL almost sent them back with a loss.
