Under the decisive leadership of PM @NarendraModi ji, India has reached a framework for an Interim Agreement with the US. This will open a $30 trillion market for Indian exporters, especially MSMEs, farmers and fishermen. The increase in exports will create lakhs of new job opportunities for our women and youth.

As part of this framework, the US will slash reciprocal tariffs on Indian goods to 18%, providing a huge market opportunity in key sectors such as textiles & apparel, leather & footwear, plastic & rubber products, organic chemicals, home décor, artisanal products, and select machinery in the world’s largest economy.

Additionally, tariffs will go down to zero on a wide range of goods, including generic pharmaceuticals, gems & diamonds, and aircraft parts, thereby further enhancing India’s export competitiveness and Make in India.

India will also get exemptions under section 232 on aircraft parts, tariff rate quota on auto parts and negotiated outcomes on generic pharmaceuticals, leading to tangible export gains in these sectors.

At the same time, the Agreement reflects India’s commitment to safeguarding farmers’ interests and sustaining rural livelihoods by completely protecting sensitive agricultural and dairy products, including maize, wheat, rice, soya, poultry, milk, cheese, ethanol(fuel), tobacco, certain vegetables, meat, etc.

This agreement will help India and the US remain focused on working together to further deepen economic cooperation, reflecting shared commitment to sustainable growth for our people and businesses.

पुरंदरच्या शेतकऱ्यांसाठी हा अतिशय अभिमानाचा क्षण आहे...

पुरंदरच्या भूमीपुत्रांनी या मातीत पिकविलेल्या व जी आय टॅग असलेल्या अंजीराचा ज्युस युरोपातील पोलंड येथे प्रथमच निर्यात करण्यात येत आहे ही मोठी अभिमानाची बाब आहे. पुरंदर तालुक्यातील सिंगापूर येथे १८ एप्रिल २०२३ रोजी अंजीराचा ज्युस तयार करणाऱ्या या उपक्रमाला मी भेट दिली होती. पुरंदरच्या खडकाळ जमिनीत येथील शेतकऱ्यांनी प्रचंड मेहनत करुन अंजीराचे उत्पादन घेतले आणि त्यानंतर त्याच्या ज्युसचे उत्पादन केले. या उत्पादनाचे पेटंट देखील त्यांनी घेतलेले आहे ही विशेष नमूद करण्याची बाब, आता हे उत्पादन युरोपात निर्यात होणार आहे ही आनंदाची गोष्ट आहे व पुरंदरचे शेतकरी युरोपची बाजारपेठ काबीज करतील असा मला विश्वास वाटतो. त्यांची ही झेप येथील शेतकऱ्यांना समृद्ध करणारी ठरेल हे निश्चित! या सर्व शेतकरी बांधवांचे हार्दिक अभिनंदन व पुढील वाटचालीसाठी खुप खुप शुभेच्छा!

Proud Moment for Farmers from Purandar, India!

It is with immense pride today to convey today the first time export of India’s first Fig Juice made from GI Tagged Purandar Figs to Poland, Europe.

I remember being invited to launch this fig juice on 18/4/2023 at Singhapur village in Purandar Taluka.

Purandar Highlands Farmers Producer Company has made us proud by manufacturing the first ready to drink fig juice which is now a patented product and then today when it is being exported from India for the first time to Europe!

I am sure they will capture the world markets soon and help our farmers get sustainable income with continuous innovation

सप्रेम नमस्कार,

नुकत्याच पार पडलेल्या लोकसभा निवडणूकीत आपल्या पक्षाच्या उमेदवारांनी विक्रमी यश संपादन केले याबद्दल सर्वप्रथम मी आपणा सर्वांचे हार्दिक अभिनंदन करते. आपण सर्वांनी या निवडणूकीत पक्षाची विचारधारा आणि भूमिकेशी ठाम राहून एकजुटीने लढा दिला. आपण या निवडणूकीत केलेले काम मोलाचे आहे, याबद्दल पक्षाची कार्याध्यक्ष म्हणून मी आपले मनापासून आभार मानते. आपण मायबाप जनतेची सेवा, कष्टकरी, कामगार, शेतकरी आणि महिलांचा सन्मान तसेच महाराष्ट्राचा स्वाभिमान अबाधित राखण्यासाठी या संघर्षात सर्वस्व विसरुन सहभागी झाला. आपल्या सहभागामुळे आदरणीय पवार साहेबांनी सुरु केलेल्या या लढाईला बघता बघता एका लोकसंग्रामाचे रुप प्राप्त झाले. यामुळेच संसदेत आपले आठ खासदार आपणा सर्वांचा आवाज बुलंद करण्यासाठी आपण पाठविले. आपण सर्वांनी मिळून केलेल्या या कामगिरीचा मला सार्थ अभिमान आहे.

आपल्या सर्वांच्या साथीने पक्षपातळीवर एका संकल्पनेची सुरुवात करण्याचा माझा विचार आहे. आपणास माहितच आहे की, स्व. यशवंतराव चव्हाण साहेबांच्या ८० टक्के समाजकारण आणि २० टक्के राजकारण या विचारांचा वारसा जोपासत आपण जनसेवेच्या मार्गाने चालत आहोत. यामध्ये कोणत्याही घटकावर अन्याय होऊ नये अशी आपणा सर्वांचीच प्रामाणिक इच्छा आहे. म्हणूनच राज्यातील कानाकोपऱ्यात अगदी 'चांदा ते बांदा' पर्यंतच्या कार्यकर्त्यांना सोबत घेऊन एक उपक्रम आपल्याला राबवायचा आहे.

आपल्या माध्यमातून संसदेत निवडून गेलेले राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस शरदचंद्र पवार पक्षाचे सर्व खासदार जनहिताचे प्रश्न संसदेत मांडतील याची मला खात्री आहे. यासाठी मला आपल्या सहकार्याची अपेक्षा आहे. सत्ताधाऱ्यांना जनहिताचे प्रश्न विचारण्यासाठी प्रत्येक सेलच्या कार्यकर्त्यांनी पुढाकार घेतला पाहिजे. यासाठी प्रत्येक सेलचे पदाधिकारी आणि कार्यकर्त्यांनी पक्षाने अधिकृतरित्या तयार केलेल्या [email protected] या ईमेल आयडीवर घडलेल्या घटनांचा सारांश आणि त्याचे प्रमुख पुरावे (कागदपत्रे, फोटो, व्हिडिओ, ऑडीओ, इतर.) जोडून पाठवावे ही विनंती.

या संकल्पनेच्या माध्यमातून संसदेत राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस पक्ष शरदचंद्र पवार पक्षाचा आवाज बुलंद होण्यास तुमचा हातभार लागेल. पक्षाची ताकद, जनतेचा विश्वास आणि आपल्या खासदारांची कामगिरी वृद्धिंगत होईल याचा मला ठाम विश्वास आहे. पक्षाच्या या बहुमोल कामगिरीत तुम्हा सर्वांचा निश्चितच सक्रिय सहभाग राहील याचा मला ठाम विश्वास आहे.

आझादी का अमृतमहोत्सव या कार्यक्रमांतर्गत पुणे जिल्ह्याच्या कृषीवैभवाचा भारतीय डाक खात्याने विशेष पाकीट काढून सन्मान केला आहे. यामध्ये पुरंदरचे अंजीर,मावळातील आंबेमोहोर तांदूळ आणि जुन्नरचे टोमॅटो यांचा समावेश आहे. ही उत्पन्ने घेणाऱ्या शेतकऱ्यांचा देखील हा सन्मान आहे.
