@Team_Optimum The India team reached out to me saying the amount will be refunded but only 2 of 3 items have been refunded. The amount for the item which has the highest value still hasn't been credited to my account. It's been 18 days now! Please escalate this issue!
@Team_Optimum Thanks. Hoping that this'll get resolved soon. I've been following up for close to 2 weeks now. It is a disheartening experience which lowers the confidence in a world renowned brand, after not receiving support on a high value order made from the official website.
