@Airtel_Presence Your airtel app also did the same troubleshoot from last three days and it didn’t fix the issue. Better send out a representative to get the issue sorted out

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have an issue in activating Esim for my iPhone it just says can’t activate contact airtel service.When I try to connect on ivrs it never gives me an option of talking 2 customer care.l executive.I walked in to airtel store nd they also didn’t help
