What else i need to produce? The system takes 20 days and then it gets rejected

@UIDAI My wife’s Aadhaar update request for name change has been rejected stating “incorrect Proof of Identity document” even after uploading a valid Marriage Certificate issued by the Marriage Registrar which is a legal govt document
