@ThetaVegaCap Yes, in Mumbai . Even one of our watchman was a tax driver, so all keys are with him☺️. Especially during heavy rains, he parks vehicle at safe place.
Have anyone noticed, that in Mumbai metro, more audio ads are playing?
Visual ads are very less.
I guess everyone in metro are glued to their mobile screen & hearing is only sense left that too if you haven’t put earphones.
What you observed ?

@HDFCBank_Cares pathetic experience. I was trying to withdraw amount from ATM through my HDFC card. I haven't received amount due to technical issues. I tried to call the customer care but I haven't got any support
@AxisBankSupport I went to withdraw cash from the ATM however it hasn't come out of the ATM machine. Still I got a debit message. I contacted axis Bank support but no help 😞
@wankhedeprafull Correct sir, I'm from digital marketing. Whenever I go to any Marketing event. Sadly I don't see any Marathi person & I feel why we are not having community here.
@MarathiRojgar Psychology is a good profession... in the arts right ??? In this stressed environment people need a good psychologist.... Arts is not that bad.... Need to choose the right subject.
On a recent viral video a VP from HDFC Bank was found abusing his junior for not meeting his sales target.
The bank acted swiftly and fired the said employee.
However, this is not where the story should stop.
The corporate culture in India needs a massive overhaul.
People seriously need to start respecting their employee's boundaries.
[1] Calling them anytime they like
[2] Making them work on official holidays
[3] Overtime & abusive culture is widespread.
And, this runs through majority of the organisations.
People get two choices: (a) Participate in the toxicity (b) leave and do something on their own.
Very similar to how not everyone can become a doctor, not everyone can become an Entrepreneur.
Most don't have the stomach to give up on a job that feeds their families. And, figure out new ways to make money.
So they decide to endure one more abusive day.
The solution is not: everyone should become an entrepreneur. The solution is strict labor laws where humans are respected.
This is going Viral on Twitter today:
HDFC Bank Manager thrashing his junior for not selling enough insurance.
Easy to sit back and criticise the Manager here.
But understand the deeper issue:
[1] This is the case with almost all the corporates & Startups, not just HDFC.
LIC agents for example: have been known for mis-selling a lot of investment products, just to meet their sales targets.
[2] Most sales teams are given difficult targets to achieve by the higher authorities.
Sales agents/RMs are abused by customers, their bosses and their super-bosses.
This targets keeps getting more and more difficult by the year.
[3] If they wish to survive and feed their family: Sell, by hook or crook.
Any solution? Yes. The firms should not grow beyond a point.
There is no infinite growth in a finite world.
@MarathiRojgar Exactly. even in IT Marathi people are not in strategic positions. I m in digital marketing & sad thing is even Marathi people doesn't know what digital marketing is. ..
