@AmazonHelp 2nd time your shipping partner is misreporting attempts. 4 days of OTPs, 0 attempts. Yesterday: a 10sec "formality" call at 10:30 PM, then marked "unreachable." It’s a brand sample, so I have a Tracking ID , not an Order ID. Fix this.
