Asian Hotels is currently owned by Agarwala family and Shreya Agarwal incl a Singapore entity Elena Holdings of which Shreya Agarwala is owner. This family hold more than 50% shares . Banks are BOM, PNB . Complete round tripping and cheating going on
@jai_a_dehadrai Major Major Scam involving Judiciary, Bank chairmans, fixers and AHNL management . Not only this AHNL management is desperately trying to take over the shops in Arcade which they sold 40 years back and even frustrating buyers in new rear tower made in 2012. They all need punish
From 2016 to 2020, a well known Delhi Five Star Hotel in a very prime location was saddled with ₹800+ crore of bank debt - entirely public money.
In such circumstances, the only rational and legally sound course was a transparent public auction of the underlying asset, ensuring proper price discovery and maximum recovery of public money.
That never happened.
Instead, the asset was effectively insulated from auction at a time when public-sector lenders were exposed and the exchequer stood to lose hundreds of crores by denying the market an opportunity to value the property.
This raises 6 questions that go to the very heart of the matter:
1. Why was a distressed asset of this scale shielded from competitive bidding?
2. Who stood to benefit from avoiding an open auction?
3. What was the true market value and how much public money was sacrificed by suppressing price discovery?
4. And most troublingly, was the sudden appearance of a well-known Delhi “fixer” in the background of this transaction merely coincidental or did he help choreograph a resolution that bypassed auction altogether? Was this person an elected public representative at the same time he was on the Board of this company?
5. Did this sleazy fixer then quietly resign from the Board as a Director just before the “deal” with the banks was achieved?
6. Was there a quid pro quo deal with this fixer to take certain “benefits” from this Hotel in lieu of saving the erstwhile promoters loss of control via auction?
That is precisely why the Hon’ble Supreme Court must take a fresh and rigorous look at the Delhi High Court judgment.
Only a detailed forensic audit and a thorough investigation by the CBI and ED will reveal the complete truth.
This witty comment in a speech recently by honourable Justice Vikram Nath makes one wonder about the USP of Delhi’s HYATT HOTEL.
While the owners of the HYATT HOTEL - an entity know as Asian Hotels (North) Pvt Ltd - is also in the news for the it’s ability to obtain a sweetheart one-time settlement (OTS) from two public sector banks for its loans gone sour. The Supreme Court has already questioned: 'Why You Didn't Go For Auction When NCR Property Prices Rising?'
But what is very interesting is the identity of HYATT / ASIAN HOTELS true owners is shrouded in mystery. Credible rumours suggest that he is a foreign passport holder who make secret visits to India and slips in and out of India very often with impunity.
The big questions are:
❓Who owns the HYATT HOTEL in DELHI?
❓What happens at the HYATT HOTEL in DELHI?
