@Geotactix@SidGupta488340@IndianTechGuide Sach me bacha hai tu.
Pvt job kar raha hai na? Chup chap annual increments pakad aur seedha 10 saal baad Pay Commission ayega tb apni Pvt job me Pay Raise maangna.
Pvt job me b witch kar kar ke pay raises chahiye & jab Govt employees ko Pay Commission mile tab crib bhi karna hai
@shoaib_shabbeer@gxjo_dev@IndianTechGuide Pvt companies are hiring all the time and one has many options. But how many govt exams are conducted in a year where only people from your city are allowed to compete.
The level of competition, syllabus and vacancies varies from one govt job to another.
@shoaib_shabbeer@gxjo_dev@IndianTechGuide The answer lies in introspection - Why don't pvt sector employees crack govt exams even though more than 50% of them are preparing for it anyways ? (1/2)
@Geotactix@IndianTechGuide Just to give you a perspective. I worked in an MNC from 2018 to 2021 in NCR. Then cracked a govt job and have been into govt service since. So I have tasted both dishes.
@Geotactix@IndianTechGuide Your entire perspective is to make ur point. Bcz in ur arguments u r comparing an entry level Pvt Employee with a Sarkari babu.
A sarakari babu in govt sector is equivalent to a GM or a VP in Pvt sectors. How many VPs hv been fired till date ?
Bring a fair comparison to the table
@gxjo_dev@IndianTechGuide But last pay Commission was in 2016. A pvt employee earning 3 lacs p.a. in 2016 will have switched multiple jobs and be earning close to 80k-1 lac per month while some might even be in foreign sites. But the govt employee has hardly moved from 18k to 30k in these 10 years.
@mmukkmishra9097@IndianTechGuide You guys pay the bribe to Fastrack your work. I have seen people go to govt offices everyday and offer "chai paani" . I don't see the employee asking for it. Public itself offers
@Geotactix@mr_knix_@IndianTechGuide Why don't pvt. employees wait for 10 years to switch companies & get pay raise?
A pvt. Employee can switch 5 companies in 10 years and go from 18k starting salary to 80k easily using switches. But that luxury is not for Govt employees. If you want equality, play equally then.
@SeemsOver@Kushacritic So, you went from claiming "Rohit Sharma dated Jennifer Winget" to "I don't know" in a matter of few replies.
Shows, how easy it is to make claims of put labels on known faces on twitter even when one doesn't have full knowledge about things.
@SeemsOver@Kushacritic That's Jeniffer Winget. And the pictures you saw of her with Rohit Sharma are from Early 2023.
Do you mean Rohit Sharma dated her in 2023 while being married to Ritika and even having a daughter with her ?
