@UPRERAofficial UP RERA has proven to be ineffective. Last year (2023), they issued a notice to the builder of Sunshine Solaris under Section 8, but since then, there has been no action. Our requests go unheard, and the builder shows no interest in completing the project.

@UPRERAofficial @UPRERAofficial can only publish book . Thats all they are good for. On ground they are totally ineffective and do nothing.

@UPRERAofficial UP RERA has not provided any assistance, and our concerns seem to fall on deaf ears. The case we've filed with RERA is being unnecessarily delayed; it has been almost two years, and we still have no resolution. It's truly disappointing.
