@tdkarnataka why is that the bus starting from Belagavi to Chennai is a Semi-Sleeper rather than a sleeper, inspite of being one of the longest route bus in Karnataka. @KSRTC_Journeys

@KSRTC_Journeys The bus service from Belagavi to Chennai is making passengers feel frustrated. Journey of nearly 1,000 km, yet they have assigned an Airavat semi-sleeper bus for such a long trip.The bus stops for lunch as late as 3PM. Dinner stop is scheduled only after 10:30PM.

Ordered food through food on track. No food delivered, additionally the Phone not mentioned on the app was not working. If this is the way you treat customers why you accept orders and why the amount is deducted.
