Due to crowd the train cancelled & my aged parents had to travel on their own, and today when I inquired about the refund. I got the reply that as our record, the train was not cancelled. Seriously, then how come the same @IRCTCofficial confirmed it was cancelled at that time?

@ICICIBank, I'm shocked by @bsalogistics' service. Messaged 2 weeks ago about my parcel, but no delivery. Told my area's not serviceable, yet they delivered my chequebook on same address a could of days back! #CustomerServiceFail
