Today, I voted to rein in President Trump’s war in Iran — and 3 Republicans voted with us.
We need more of them to stand up and join us to end this reckless war and work together to bring down skyrocketing costs for the American people.
Trump wants $200 billion more for his war in Iran. Know what that buys?
- 7 years of ACA tax credits
- 3 years of dental, hearing, and vision for seniors
- Millions of homes for first-time buyers
That’s the choice he’s making.

The Trump administration in a nutshell:
1. Launch a war with no plan or strategy
2. Lift sanctions on the country you went to war against
3. Do all of this to solve a problem that was created by your reckless, dangerous, and impulsive decision to launch said war in the first place
Our "commander-in-chief" is exceptionally dumb.
Make no mistake: Republicans would come back to DC in a nanosecond if ending the shutdown meant more tax breaks for billionaires, handouts to big banks, or giveaways to the insurance industry.
But some of us want to help regular, working people. I guess that’s a bridge too far.
Republicans enacted the largest cut to Medicaid in American history.
Ripped food away from hungry children.
And are raising healthcare premiums by thousands per year.
Stop pretending to be patriotic while screwing everyday Americans every chance you get.
Alissa and Andrew honorably served our country and served their fellow veterans at the VA
They were among the 2,400 VA employees fired by DOGE
These firings are putting the care of our nation's veterans at risk
I'm standing with Alissa and Andrew to fight back
Donald Trump firing ~7000 IRS workers will mean three things:
1) More tax loopholes for the ultra-wealthy and big corporations
2) More debt, since IRS agents collect a lot more than they cost
3) Fewer ways to go after big tax cheats
A great day to be a billionaire in America.
As of today, the IRS has collected over $500 million in unpaid taxes from 1,600 millionaires using resources from my Inflation Reduction Act.
This is about the super-wealthy needing to pay what they owe – what the existing tax code calls for – just like hardworking Americans do.
For Israel, a country that experienced persecution of them as people based on their religion sure doesn't seem when its innocent muslims being killed. But its ok for the U.S. to provide $3.8B in military aid with no terms and conditions on how it's to be used.
Israel is committing war crimes in Gaza. Water and electricity supply are completely cut off. A complete destruction of Palestinian lives, private buildings, public buildings, and infrastructure.
International support for Israel is no more than a license for Israel to commit more crimes against our people.
The "second army of the world" traditionally compensates for its defeats on the battlefield by killing civilians.
On Monday, this man lost his wife and his home due to mass shelling of Mykolaiv’s residential areas by russian terrorists.
