Multiple times contacted customer care but no solution. I need my refund.

The #IDFCFIRSTB bank customer service is very irritating and unmanaged.
Because of that only I have closed their Credit card and now I will close the saving account now.
For bank loan everyday geting more than 10 IVR reminder call and 10 msgs

Why delivery agent in trivandrum asking OTP immediate after order placed.
They say that they need to deliver within 10mts.
When I denied OTP, they wrongly updated status "Delivery attempted"
2 times I have received missing items and did't get refund.

Never buy a Luminous inverter, it has very worse service quality.
They closed multiple complaints with even consulting, forget about the resolution.
The technicians are unskilled do not know about the product and services.
