As a primarily English content creator, every single day there is someone telling me, "Bhai do content in Hindi".

The reasons range from "you'll get better reach" to "andhbhakts don't understand English" to "the people you need to educate are Hindi speakers".

For years, I used to buy these arguments and feel guilty about doing content in English. I even tried to start writing in Hindi, doing Hindi podcasting etc. All because of this constant feedback.

In the Indian youtube scene, it has almost become conventional wisdom that if you do Hindi content, you will go viral. And therefore, everyone just sticks to Hindi and judges people who do English. Someone had actually told me it's stupid to do content in English in country like India.

So tired of hearing this again and again. It's getting a bit triggering at this point honestly.

I feel like it's time to take a stand against this. I am now saying out loud every chance I get that I will *not* do Hindi content. There are enough non-Hindi speakers out there who I can reach through English. And I will do it for them.

I personally feel more comfortable expressing myself in English and I will continue to do that. Even if it somehow restricts my reach or gets me a limited audience, doesn't matter.

Just wanted to say: I am an ENGLISH speaking content creator, have an ENGLISH youtube channel and it will be that way.

If you are angry, if you are mad, if you are pissed off, redouble your efforts and spend more energy questioning this vile establishment.

Question each and everything they do and scream about it from rooftops. Amplify more people who are doing just that.

Especially if you are a privileged upper caste Hindu citizen, do it more. Use your identity as a shield to ask more questions because others can't do that.

Sadly, even minority MPs in Parliament don't have the privilege that you do.

Strangely enough, we should thank sansad TV. In their attempt to censor protesting opposition members, they ended up focusing on Ramesh Bidhuri.

And Bidhuri's mouth spewed filth like a fountain with other MPs laughing behind.

Wouldn't have seen it if Sansad TV wasn't censoring the opposition. 😂
