Hey @nothing , what's going on with Nothing OS 4.1? My Phone (3a) is becoming unusable—Bluetooth media broken, USB-C audio broken, and random UI glitches. This is unacceptable for a stable release. @getpeid @callmeshazzam

Dear @getpeid,@nothing, this is unacceptable. My Nothing Phone (3a) on Nothing OS 4.1 has multiple critical issues—Bluetooth media audio is broken, USB-C audio doesn't work, and I'm seeing random UI glitches. This shouldn't happen on a stable update. Please investigate
