Finally watched "The Wolf House" directed by Cristobal León & Joaquín Cociña!This is awesome! My favorite style!
The fantastic stop-motion visuals that fuse three-dimensional modeling with two-dimensional paintings and bold camera work, just creates a non-stop extra-dimensional horror art that you have never experienced before! A labyrinthine experience as if the camera itself has come to life! It blows away what you know about visuals, and just elevates the awe of the unknown!
Watching this film, I could feel like my own body cells multiplying! I would love to take a peek inside the minds of these fantastic artists. It's like Švankmajer and David Lynch combined into one! It also reminded me of Shinya Tsukamoto's "The Bullet Man".
