Attending Commerce Secretary Level Talks in Bhutan. Bangladesh and Bhutan agreed to cooperate for expanding trade and commerce for ensuring economic development of two neighbors in the region.

Chancery project is being under construction in Thimpu. Bangladesh Chancery project is expected to be completed in June 2025. The Project would be symbol of Freindship between Bangladesh and Bhutan.
