@lufthansa my bag has been in Munich for 4 days now, ready to be picked up by you and delivered to my destination. Made a report, called your baggage call center, and no help. Nobody can tell me any new information.

@lufthansa my final leg of the trip was with you, starting in Munich. According to AA, the bag arrived to Munich, but in my delayed bag report, it doesn’t show it there. Is there a Lufthansa representative in Munich that I can contact via phone?
