At LAST! I found the perfect rich colored roughout for the Role Club Boondocker and a nice soft buttery nap on the flesh side. If you are interested and don’t want to wait, I made a limited size run. Contact me via email for sizing information.

Customer decided to use Kudu leather for his Underdogs. It’s African-native species of Antelope. The character on the grain is subtle and beautiful. After lasting the leather I can tell it will be comfortable to wear. #roleclubunderdogs #roleclub #madeinlosangeles

The art of crafting something with your hands is fascinating to me. The beauty behind a simple and old fashion design that is inspired historically and culturally in my opinion creates a unique charm that can not be duplicated by machines. #RoleClub #handmadeinlosangeles

[Brian The Bootmaker @RoleClub]

When I first started, I was using vintage soles to resole customer’s boots. I would hand stitch all the halfsoles by hand because I didn’t have the machine. Now I’m blessed to have my very own Role Club soles and a machine to get the job done. #roleclub

The hunger to continue handmaking quality boots. To keep looking for another perspective to better my craft. When people see a pair of Role Club boots, I want them to feel the love. Understand that these boots are coming from the heart of Los Angeles.

Taking this Sunday to work on my pick up truck. The journey to manifest your ideas into existence is a wonderful experience. There’s a lot of fear and disappointment during the process, but I’ve learned it’s those moments I cherish the most.
