I built this for me, and it worked.
#jobsearch
Federal courts are litigating 1.1 billion AI-rejected job applications, ghost jobs fill 1 in 4 listings, and ATS scoring is essentially random.

Good morning builders!
I’m going to hit 1,500 followers today and I’m so thankful for every single one!
I started this journey 59 days ago and thought it would be pretty cool if a few hundred people wanted to follow along.
I launched @RoleNavigator 20 days into my Twitter career and have since launched @capquickapp for content creators.
25 new people. Every. Day, care enough to follow - and that’s pretty neat.
Thank you all for hanging out! Remember we are all in this together! 💪 Keep leaning on your connections and let’s keep growing together!!
Distribution update Day 5/90:
Little behind today. Put together draft 1 of my first "ad" post for TikTok.
Nothing flashy, and I need to add a CTA, but I wanted to share to see what you all thought.
Sound off below on your thoughts. My goal is to keep getting better and keep sharing this progress with you all.
Distribution update Day 4/90:
Used @screenstudio to record a silent demo of @RoleNavigator's dashboard and application process.
I will be able to cut and edit this for use in short demonstrations on TikTok and IG.
I'm feeling like this progress is slowly building confidence in the process.
@eurofounder This is like satire, right?
Even if you take into account the value of a dollar vs euros, $320k is way more than €58k
Also, you can work somewhere and then quit - jobs aren't life sentences.
The job search month-by-month breakdown nobody talks about:
Month 1: Strategic, optimistic
Month 2: Adjusting, still confident
Month 3: Loosening standards
Month 4: Applying to things you wouldn't have looked at in month 1
Month 5: Paralyzed or desperate
Month 6: Something has shifted in you
The antidote isn't resilience.
It's a better system, started earlier.
As someone who lived through the Millennial boom, they, too, were called lazy. When they were 18-22 and joining the workforce, there were articles and stories dedicated to learning how to manage them.
The cycle repeats.
But you're right to point out that life doesn't pay you back 1 to 1 for what you put in. A lot success relies on where you start.
I DID IT!
I posted my first blog on the @RoleNavigator website!
I delayed, I procrastinated, I asked my friends, I slept on it, I ate about it, then I finally built the tool that could help me ideate, and made it live!
Check it out. Link in comments.
New blogs weekly!
Why "overqualified" rejections happen:
Hiring managers fear you'll leave in 6 months.
Counter it proactively:
→ Name the concern directly in your cover note
→ Give a specific reason tied to THEIR company, not your situation
→ Quantify your commitment: what you'll build in 12 months
Pre-empt the objection before they use it.
I just put RoleNavigator on @Buildhop_io a few days ago, and it has 21 views. Can we help get it to 100 by the end of today?
Give RoleNavigator some feedback...
