Coaches part of your job is having difficult conversations at times. It’s never easy telling someone there will not be a spot for them on next seasons roster but it’s also not fair to know this and not communicate that information with the player/family. At the same time, parents be respectful of the coach who does have these difficult conversations, even if you don’t agree with it.
