Try adding egg whites to your breakfast. Pure protein. For a snack at night I’ll buy individual flavored Greek yogurts and tubs of vanilla. I’ll do one of the flavored and one serving of vanilla, mix it up and throw a little granola and/or fruit on it. Also helps with the sweet tooth. About 25 grams of protein
