@Starbucks really needs to find a way to put an estimated time before mobile ordering. Over 30 mins and I still am waiting on my order. The baristas are working hard so it’s not on them, it’s an issue with the app. I’m now very late to a commitment

Incredibly frustrated with @Delta right now. Nobody informed me that once my flight was refunded my expenses would not be reimbursed. I didn’t even get an expense form until AFTER the refund was processing. 3 cancelled flights in one day and no communication on policy. Do better.

@VictoriasSecret customer service is a joke and I almost think it’s time to do business elsewhere. I’ve worked retail for over a decade and seeing their “options” for a price adjustment makes me understand why the business is struggling so much. Do better.

Just finished this book and all I can say is wow. I’ve always liked and respected @GrangerSmith but this took that to a whole new level. Thank you for being vulnerable so God can use you to help others going through loss🩷 highly recommend this book.

Well the @SUBWAY workers still wouldn’t honor my pick up order when it said it was ready, confirmed the address and showed her my bank app after she said maybe my card declined. Guess @tacobell it is for me. Also no phone number anywhere to be found. Do better Subway.
