@shonen_fiction @Artemio Creo que la idea es que sea barato y no parece tener objeciones con la calidad de ese adaptador, así que supongo que está muy bien.

Los kits pro de HDMI para Dreamcast están bastante caros, arriba de los $200 USD.

Personalmente prefiero conservar la salida VGA y usar RetroTINK.
