@kctorawrites Descriptors (ie. Screamed, yelled, seethed, hissed, murmured, mumbled, mused) or just adding to the scene (ie. His raised brow added to the displeasure in his tone).
@roninmercllc@MaryEMcKnight I self published my first book (under my pen name) and within a couple weeks of publishing had a contract with a TPH. Maybe go that route? With Half a million waiting to read it at the very least you’ll make some money. 🤷♀️
@DNicholsAuthor Under my pen name I am currently self published with a trad pub book coming soon. I chose to be self published because I want the control. I opted to do the one trad pub book because the project interests me extremely. I have no regrets about either so far.
@fuckyouiquit It is completely unacceptable to me that they “found 302” instances with children between the three franchises and the total fine between the three franchises is $212,000. No wonder this keeps happening… the penalty is well worth the risk for money hungry, black souled devils.
@cornerwrite “Oh! This spicy romance novel had S. E. X. in it! One star!”
“This dark romance was too dark! One star!”
“The MMC isn’t blue eyed! One star!”
These are all ACTUAL one star reviews I have read 😂
@cornerwrite I LOOK for books with one and two stars on them. I don’t trust a book that doesn’t have them. If there are no one star reviews the book doesn’t elicit enough emotion for me. 🤷♀️ (plus, I love to read the one star reviews that rated it one star for the most insane reasons lol)
Y’all! This is my favorite retelling of the year! @GoldenAngelRom did and awesome job writing this Lady and the Tramp retelling with a twist! It’s an incredible story that is super spicy 🥵, regency, BDSM, and has a morally grey hero. Y’all really need to check it out! #book
