@DandG_Support I have now but the message system said to send an online submission form. I have contacted D&G and told this story too many times now. The amount of distress+ inconvenience caused is appalling +if I don't get a reply to my latest email I'll be going to FOS and trading standards

@DandG_Support have left us without a functional washing machine for two weeks now. After an absolute parade of terrible service, complaints being closed before resolving the issue and an eventual engineer appointment (1)

@DandG_Support Hi Andrew, I have been in touch so many times! Nobody wants to help. I resent an email recently asking to open another complaint. We've had to spend money in launderettes and use friends machines. It's a nightmare!

(3) I recommend looking around and not going with @DandG_Global @DandG_Support who claim to have been looking after the appliances as rely on for over 100 years!

(2) being cancelled by @hoovercandy2 I am at my wits end. @DandG_Support have been told across 11 phones calls and a series of emails that we have two young children and none of them care. They've been abysmal. So it you like to insure your appliances
