i love all my moots, ofc, ofc, but for all of the moots i stole from romeo (and all my other moots too tbh) its very important to me you know he comes first always. i love my baby romeoow, id kill for that man.
@poonchuddite I agree they definitely fumbled the later games and builds it became so repetitive, nonsensical, and hard to follow. It just felt like they were constantly trying to make the storyline more complicated to overcompensate for everything else but executed it horribly
the absolute audacity to lump little miss fortune, baldi, omori, and hello neighbor in with actual slop tells me enough to not care what you say at all the larp is unreal
@poonchuddite I’m actually not sure. It’d make sense but even if it was just one developer he never tried to innovate beyond what did with the base games which I still deduct points for
@poonchuddite I just feel like it does fall into that category of slop games but also since it was a such a staple for early gaming, it has some leeway because of that, I wouldn’t call it slop per se just definitely not a lot of effort was put into it which made it seem rudimentary
@poonchuddite Maybe a pioneer but the graphics were still horrible for something that came out in 2016 and had a very incoherent, haphazard, and not very thought out, even across all of the prequels and sequels. Although I wouldn’t call it insipid and it definitely was a pioneer in its genre
@poonchuddite I agree that Hello neighbor is shit and honestly im probably biased since it played such a big part in my childhood but I feel like it has some leeway since it was still technically in the earlier days of indie horror games and was definitely a trailblazer the in puzzles category
@poonchuddite I DIDNT EVEN KNOW FTF WAS IN THE MENTAL DISORDER CATEGORY. ive never played it but i think i might watch some gameplay soon since it seems genuinely good BUT GRANNY IS SLOP. ITS A STAPLE YES BUT ITS STILL SLOP EVEN THOUGH I LOVE GRANNY
