@Paytmcare my mother moved to 6 there's no way she can get the otp now. And because there is no other way to login, she's not able to use paytm and pay bills or transfer money. Should she just delete her account as she can't use it at all now?

@paytmbankcare @vijayshekhar And this is the concern. She is trying to log in to her app to use services and pay bills in India. But clearly, your customer care is not educated to understand paytm's services.

@paytmbankcare @vijayshekhar I don't think you are understanding the concern at all. She has already tried that a few times. However, even to raise a ticket on her app, she's being asked to log in. She CAN'T log in because the app keeps asking for the otp, which she can not get at all here!

@TTChelps And why's that? Because #ttc is ashamed? Why not publicly? You can issue notices publicly in your buses and trains but no accountability publicly for such things? I want to impose a fine on ttc!! Tell me the form so I can impose a fine on you, and I would gladly fill it up!
