Multiple things to reply to here. I will start talking in sectarian terms as your post is sectarian.
First of all in the Lebanese system the Christians are a 0 to the left. The powerholders are the Prime Minister and the President of Parliament (refer to the Taef consitution). That the agreement was signed is a sign that the Sunna want to end hostilities with Israel.
They are going to try to put the christians at the forfront of facing hizballah to avoid a Sunni-Shia direct conflict. But the reality is that most of the Army are Sunni. So unlike in the civil war you are not going to have christians vs muslims, but a combination of Sunna, some christians and some shia fighting as the legimitate army to disarm hizballah.
Second, for the religious point of view both Judaism and Islam are hostile to christianity. While Judaism is a lot worse as you have mentioned, Islam called Chrisians the ones who have gone astray (al dalleen) in the very opening of the Koran (al Faha). (Jews are the ones who have angered god).
Secondly, they refer to Jesus as Issa and say he was not crucified but Judas was. We are worhipping a cursed person when we put up the cross.
The only religion that tries to have peaceful openings to Judaism and Islam is Christianity and namely Catholicism. We know the truth and are not insecure about it. We call all to conversion through Christ and find common grounds with both muslims and Jews who we believe worship the same God.
Now back to the treaty signed. Lebanon has peace with Zimbabwe. With China. With really all countries. All countries should be at peace according to the United Nations. Lebanon has suffered from Hizballah and really we stand to suffer again from both hizballah and Isreal if we remain in a state of war. Peace doesn't mean we have to embrace Israelis. It just means we keep a peaceful border.
That being said, jews like muslims atheist, buddhists etc.. come in all shapes and sizes. Some will be peaceful, respectful and want to live and let live and others would spit on priests. So yeah we can embrace whose who embrace us. Why not?
After all not to get personal, but I did watch an interview you gave a long time ago where you expressed friendship with the late Daniel Kahenman who I believe was an israeli jew. I am sure you didn't think he was evil. right?
