We do this because the problem overwhelmingly is violence visited on women by men. This silence of the lambs is repulsive and unforgivable, and it is time that punishments fit these sexual crimes. Deterrence is more easily instituted, education directed at men not so, but both must occur.

Emily Schrader, a popular TV news personality in Israel, the United States, and elsewhere, has also become well known in Iran for an entirely different reason. The Islamic Republic recently put Schrader as number two on its list of "hostile enemies." We sat down with Schrader to find out what she's doing to rise so high on that list.

No one understood this better than Ayn Rand. As a youngster I had the privilege of speaking with her briefly on several occasions, and she was mesmerizing. Words have exact meanings as well as varied cannotations, and the corruption of meanings is a tool consistently used by authoritarian collectivists to subvert individual liberties Orwell understood and exposed it, the DSA understands and is using it. Their was a time when Americans espoused equality, of opportunity, virtually overnigt progressives exchanged the word equity for equality. Equity to the left means equality of rewards, not opportunity. And the effect of this is pernicious and will lead us down to Hayek's "road to serfdom."

Tragically many gave their lives in their attempts to reach this beacon of liberty and prosperity, the United States. It has been the case from the time the first Pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock and it is still just as true today. Nothing destroys the arguments by the left denigrate America, more forcibly than this.

The religious like fervor that has been accompanying here at home, is consistent with how it takes root. When the bureacrats run out of other people's money things become violent and the state often seeks to divert and gain currency, from attacking their neighbors..Mao, Stalin, and Hitler killed more than a hundred million. All three comitted genocide against their own people. The replaced equality for opportunity, for equity for all. Which means as Marx put it, "From those according to their ability to those according to their need.
