A grand jury has indicted Aaron Schlossin on first-degree murder charges in the death of his mother, Diana Kaiser. Scott County Attorney Ron Hocevar stated “To commit matricide is completely unfathomable, and to do so with such cruelty is heinous,”
Theah Russell will face First Degree Murder charges for her murder of Harvey Muklebust (DOB: 9/27/24) and two charges of assault against P. K. (DOB: 04/21/25) that occurred at Rocking Horse Daycare in Savage, MN last fall according to a decision handed down by a Grand Jury.
John Peterson has been indicted by a grand jury on one count of first-degree murder in connection with the death of Tabatha Justice. Scott County Attorney Ron Hocevar stated, “Peterson and Ms. Justice were more than acquaintances - to resort to murder is beyond awful."
A Grand Jury Indicted Russell, on premeditated murder in the death of H.M. and assault against P. K. that occurred at a daycare stated County Attorney Hocevar. “The death of a small child is always a tragedy, but a premeditated taking of that young life goes beyond tragedy”

The Scott County Attorneys Office Choose Not to Use program is proud to make a donation to the Damascus Way Re-Entry Center. It offers through its Destiny Way Groups a weekly transitional services group specifically designed for youth @ScottCountyMN Juvenile Alternative Facility.
